Ok so last year I started to workout and run and stuff like that I got almost to my goal but for some reason I just stopped and I gained some weight and I want to lose it again and actually maintain a good physical appearance. Do you guys and girls have any tips (like eating certain foods exercises before school and such? Thanks I hope you all have a great day:)
From my experience, exercise is great for your health, but doesn't help significantly with weight loss until you get to the big stuff.
Weightwatchers works. I went from 195 to 170 in less than two months. I had to keep on the program for a while to make sure I would build a habit and maintain that weight.

Well I was Really Fat 2 years ago. Then I started preparing for triathlon and now I am fit as a horse. You should also try that. Get more info at NYTriExpo's website.
