My shoulder is healed now, but, its weaker and smaller
its a very big imbalance, and is affecting my pressing/symmetry
how have you delt with similar injuries before, and how did you even out the imbalances...
Thereband/dynaband or whatever you wanna call it is the way to start getting the muscles strong again. It's just a latex band which offers resistance to build strength. I used to climb a lot and got various shoulder injuries before I started using one, I used it for rehab and kept up the routine. Progress slowly to get back to where you were and remember that tendons and ligaments lag behind muscles by 6 months or so, so if you're strong enough to do something it still might be a bad idea to do it. Good luck.
thanks i will look into it
i play rugby so the amount of times i have broken and dislocated things is out of this world.
one way to work your way back is by slowing adding weight to your activites.
dont over do or else it will become worse and you will require surgery like i did
stay of the gymnastics till you have properly strengthened and lubricated the joint.
Thanks dude...

Do delt raises (very light delt raises) until the delt and joints get stronger...
Obviously it'll take some time

It is frustrating isn't it Hah :,) goodluck bro
Just off the top of my head I think a lot of dumb bell work could help.

Don't bench press. You'll hurt yourself.
Haha i can't even!!! i wish i could but it would be so lop sided!
Yeah. I know someone who's in the same situation. Dumb bells will be your friend here.
