GYM BROS!!! HELP? AND FIT CHICKS too?

Alright so i have a bad shoulder (my left one) its dislocated 5-6 times in my life, ever since i was a kid, most recently i dislocated it doing gymnastics rings training a few months ago

My shoulder is healed now, but, its weaker and smaller
its a very big imbalance, and is affecting my pressing/symmetry

how have you delt with similar injuries before, and how did you even out the imbalances...
