Alright gagers time for another question. I just turned 32, not a big deal right? I stay fit at the gym, I'm not new to the workout scene. My goals however have changed, I want to bulk up and get ripped (typical). I don't have a specific time frame here, I'm just going to workout properly until my goal is achieved. My big question is what are some good supplements to help achieve these goals? I typically stick with platinum hydro whey and as my pre workout I take Mr Hyde. I haven't messed with creatine due to cycling issue I saw people have back in the 90's, maybe it's different now? Thanks for all the advice guys n gals.
I use Defcon1 pre workout, Amin. O Energy as an intra when doing more than 1.5 hours, and just ON Gold Standard whey for a post, and between meals. They all work pretty well, I gained 5kg of muscle in 3 months on them.

Wheybolic 60 from gnc. Bcaa's. Nitrous oxide booster. Creatine. Don't forget ur multi vitamins. If ur looking for some hard fast gains. Ahd and solid stack. Very nice results at a reasonable price.
