Well lately i haven't got much sleep, or through any of the summer. Last night, because of this moon, i woke up (accidently, but i think subconciously my body wanted me to get up?) at 3AM, and probably went back to sleep within the half hour, but then i woke up an hour earlier than i had to and had to be at school all day... and before i went sleep i was looking at a screen (like most nights!) and today i have achey/weak legs this evening, feel exhausted, slight soreish throat, earache (both very mild, but makingg me feel ill. Any advice cause i have to be in school tomorrow and its my birthday very soon, so i obviously want to be well for that. Also i got over a cold just last week so really don't want anything else...
Rum, honey, ginger and lemon mixed together. Take it before you sleep. Sleep long with it and it will strengthen you and assist your immune system to fight off the remnants of the cold.
