I have lost nearly 60 pounds and I honestly did it with portion control and working out. I still ate what I wanted, just not as much or often. you don't need junk (cake, chocolate bars, candy) every day. i reserved that for the weekend. like Saturday night, i'd have cake or wine or something. i also made healthy versions of what i love (God bless google lol). i worked out 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes (quickly and "intense" like without long breaks) or an hour of a class like zumba followed by weight training. same goes for maintaining the weight loss.
you can eat any time you want. i worked crazy/varying hours so some night dinner was at 6, other times at 10 and it did not change anything. eating late really has to do with digestion being slower when you're resting.
but yeah, that's about it!

um eat 3 times a day only! don't eat past 8pm unles you have a nightshift job are sumthin do 100 sit ups a day and walk everywhere!you'll get a flatter tummy nicer legs and a nice booty lolz you won't necissarily lose weight tho.. oh and if you smoke weed quit lolz
i use to smoke and wen I quit I lost 10lbs within a month
a few ways:
-- start a work out regime that consists of cardio and weight training (preferably early in the morning before you start your day)
-- drink a lot of water and avoid soda, juice, alcohol.
-- avoid sugary and greasy foods and don't eat before you go to bed (usually stop eating 4 hours before you are going to bed)
-- get no more than 10, but no less than 6 hours of sleep (sleeping for 12-14 hours is bad for your body cause your metabolism works very slowly while you are asleep)
-- weight loss takes time so don't expect to lose 5 pounds every week unless you starve yourself.
