I think you should bulk if you want, you look in good shape, I'd say your about 9% bodyfat. I think you shoulders, chest and arms need more mass. Start bulking right now since it's the beginning of October, and bulk all the way until April 1st, then start cutting! Start bulking easy, don't jump into it right away, start by increasing your calories by 250 and monitor your weight on a weekly bases, you wanna gain about 2-3 pounds a month, anything more and your just putting on bodyfat! If you do it correctly you should gain 8-10 pounds of muscle between now and April

Try protein powders with carbs in it, it actually builds more muscle since you don't use any of the ingested protein as an enrgy source (you use the carbs, think of it as a buffer), but insead use it as the building blocks for new muscle.

My advice to you is to not do what I did LOL
Go for a slow and steady lean bulk, which is no more than a 200-250 caloric surplus. I went overboard and got too fat too fast (which I regret).
To me it sounds like you don't want to huge or too bulky. To that I must say; DON'T follow the advice that says that you need to bulk hard to gain, because that's not necessarily the case.

Do compound excersies like bench press, deadlift, and squat. As far as macros, I would do 50c/30p/20f for lean bulking. No diss on p90x, but I tried that stuff for months, but had better results in the gym and properly dieting.
You should've bulked first then cut cuz unfortunately, bulking requires eating a lot.
