You might not be eating enough. Fasting for that long is very unhealthy. Your leptin levels ((simple version) which is a hormone that helps you lose weight) has probably been depleted (that happens when people don't eat enough). You might have heard about cheating/carb-up days when someone is cutting/dieting? That's to replenish their leptin levels to help them lose more weight. Go to a personal trainer or a nutritionist (doctors don't know shit about that stuff, they just tell you the same thing; diet and exercise. They don't analyze you like a trainer/nutritionist would) to get some legit coaching/advice.

OK firstly your metabolism has hit a wall. you need to vary your calorie intake to make it effective. You have gone in to starvation mode.
Also the laxative is bad for you. stop taking it!!!
