Well to lose weight you have to burn more than you take in. I would say that you should exercise. Fuck diets... diets don't help unless you exercise.

Lots of tips... But it is hard to know where to start without knowing more about you. Are you just trying to be sexy, or do you want to be more healthy? What are your normal eating and exercise habits? What restrictions do you have?
lol well if you tend to drink sugary drinks,, what you can do is instead start drinking more water on a regular. you would be surprised how much weight you can lose by making small changes
