How can I lose weight?

IM Not morbid obese or pass 300 lbs or anything but I am plus sized.. I like white blonde guys and I'll never get one with my body lol.. I get compliments on my face all the time because I have a baby face but my body match's my face its soft, squishy and looks child like.. I want to be more attractive.. The way the world is these days and how fat is looked down upon I'll never get my dream guy if I don't change now! Any tips?

Well to lose weight you have to burn more than you take in. I would say that you should exercise. Fuck diets... diets don't help unless you exercise.

Lots of tips... But it is hard to know where to start without knowing more about you. Are you just trying to be sexy, or do you want to be more healthy? What are your normal eating and exercise habits? What restrictions do you have?

Both! I exercise four times a week for an hour, but I feel like I'm getting no where *roll eyes* :p

The best way to keep up your motivation is to track your progress. Check your weight once a month or so. Do not do it more than once a week... That will just make you more frustrated. What kind of exercise are you getting? If you don't mind what is a typical days food?

I eat badly!! I don't eat all day long but my breakfast is most of the time healthy but lunch and dinner are where I eat the fatty/unhealthy stuff

Well it sounds like you know where you need to work. The hard part is sticking to it. Chewing gum can help you snack less during the day. And drinking a bunch of water before a mean can also really help you cut back on how much you eat during that meal.

What kind of exercise do you do?

I mainly do weight training /toning.. I hgate cardio :/

I was going to say, you may want to do more cardio. Keeping up your heart rate for an extended period of time will help you burn off more calories than working specific muscle groups will. Cardio does not have to mean riding a bike or going for a run. Personally I am a huge fan of hiking it works your whole body and is still fun while you do it.

lol well if you tend to drink sugary drinks,, what you can do is instead start drinking more water on a regular. you would be surprised how much weight you can lose by making small changes

Yup. It's mostly about what you eat. Cut carbs sugar and processed food. You'll drop it quick. Show me a fat person and I'll show you someone that drinks sugary or fake sugar drinks, eats bread and pasta and eats sweets.
