That's cause you're workout has become routine. Think about your goals. Why are you working out? Get stronger? Get bigger/better looking? More mobile? To be healthy? Then whichever your goal is go in there and focus explicitly on what you want to get done for that day. If it's a back day and you want to get stronger remember your set from last week and focus on smoothing out this week so next week you can go up in weight. Motivation comes from setting mini goals and happiness is when you achieve them. Take that with you in your day to day life and school studies as well.

I remember those days, the struggle was so real man
Omg that's the worst... you're at least doing something even though you don't feel like it. That's true dedication. Have you thought about trying a pre-workout?

Change up your workouts, find a new programme and eat before you workout (might give you some more energy) and warm-up on the treadmill for 5-10 mins to get your mind into it, thinking about the exercises you're gonna do, that you're going to kill it today and what not.
It's not about motivation. You are waiting on some "feeling", That is not an effective way to stick to a routine. You need commitment.
Find new motivation I guess. Recording your gains every so often could encourage you to keep putting in that work
It get old after a while sometimes but you just got to force yourself to do it.
