I have never been on a diet in my life and I don't know anything about exercising, please help 😔😫ðŸ˜
Cardio is always good to burn body fat so either cycling - which might be more convenient for you at first as it's less exhausting, then later you can get on a cross trainer or treadmill. I definitely suggest a gym membership as that will grant you access to those.
Your goal should be to burn more calories than you consume so it probably helps of you count them ;)
