by the way my dad has bipolar disorder and he's been a very negative impact in my life too.
I've started to completely loose my temper should I go for help?

You may not have anger problems, if that's what you're thinking. It may be anxiety attacks.
Anxiety attacks can be displayed in many forms and sometimes anger is one of them. If you think it's just a phase and you're coping okay otherwise, I'd just chalk it up to temporary stress and not worry too much.
But if you're concerned and/or it's getting to you, speak to someone about it. It may be a friend or family member or you may want to speak to a doctor or a psychiatrist. There's no shame in it, and you can really only benefit! There's nothing wrong with you, there may just a be chemical imbalance or something which is giving you such a short temper. It's probably just temporary, but there may be breathing exercise and/or medication etc. that can help you out.
Good luck!
I have been under a lot of stress lately, loads of family problems and such but never anxiety attacks one happened before a month ago where I was having trouble breathing and was crying (assumed it was alcohol causing it because I had a lot of vodka but you might have pointed out the real problem) . You're probably right about it being an anxiety attack because I've never expressed anger like this before
I have friends with anxiety and I've seen them do similar things to you. there's definitely no harm in talking to somebody about it, the worst they can say is that you're just angry and you'll get over it...
Get professional help. If you are having violent outbursts the last thing you need to learn is how to expertly beat the shit out of people so boxing is out of the question. PERIOD.
Please get professional help IMMEDIATELY!

Yes you should go see someone, that level of anger isn't good especially over something small like that. It could be possible you also have bipolar disorder, it can be hereditary.
