How do I convince myself to get exercising again?

I have skipped gym for the past many many months. I had worked hard last May to August to burn off 10kg of fat. But since last November like, the habbit of exercicing has stopped. I have easily gained back all the 10kg :( I dont fit into my clothes anymore as much. I realize I need to hit the gym, as I paid for the annual fee. I just get stressed and start making up reasons for skippin gym. Its like my mind makes reasons for skipping gym and I feel kinda helpless to stop it... how do I overcome this? I really am struggling here.

P. S.- I dont lift weight, only do cardio lots of it, for over 1hr 15mins straight, high intensity... ofcourse that was my usual schedule, now it will take me 9-12 days again to get into the habbit of executing 1hr+ workouts.

And yes, I have completed 3 days of workouts so far. Yes, it was tougher than ever, Im back to square one. But I know what I have to do, Im on it!
