I was always the shortest in school, and until highschool most girls were taller than me

all my friends grew, but I've barely changed at all I'm still short and I'm scared that I will be this short for the rest of my life

Puberty happens at different times in out lifes and things grow at different times on everyones body

You defiantly haven't stopped growing and you will notice yourself getting taller and hairier as the years go on (obviously puberty doesn't last forever)

People will start puberty at about 11+ and finish at 25-26 but all this just depends on the person.. On how long it takes for their body to grow and how long itll endure for

You probably are not going to grow much more than an inch, maybe two at most, over the next five years. If you have started shaving daily, then you probably won't grow any more at all.

Yeah, you and I picked the wrong parents I guess. Since you're young, you MIGHT consider two things. 1) Get you "bone age" determined by X-Ray. If your epiphyses have not closed, the HGH might cause you to grow slightly - cost around $2000. If your epiphyses have closed, then you can save up ~$50,000 and have leg lengthening surgeries done in Singapore or other medical tourist locations. If I were young enough, I would have done this. Even two inches can make a big difference.

HGH will only work if the ends of your long bones, called "epiphyses" have not "closed." When you're done growing, the ends seal themselves off and they will not grow LENGTHWISE but they can continue to grow in diameter. They seal themselves off near the end of puberty, hence my question about your beard.

The surgical answer is expensive and somewhat painful. I am too old to go through it, but if I were your age and very short, I would do it despite the pain. How tall are you?
