Anybody know how to do this? on and off all day, right now just really uncomfortable... could be various reasons, i've barely had any sleep lately, kinda feel bit ill, etc. Is there any natural home remedies? I want to be able go back to school tomorrow...
Ginger ale is good. My other go-to remedy is BreathSavers mints (they have baking soda in them, which calms stomachs). Also try eating foods that are easy to digest, like pasta, rice, soup, toast, a baked potato, etc.

Drink ginger ale. Close your eyes and be in a quiet dark room.
