Can you do it both? Or loose weight first and build muscles later?
I already go for running 3 times per week, shall I start doing exercises to strengthen my body and lifting weights, or shall I wait until I 'm done loosing weight?
Well that's what building muscle does. By working out light cardio and doing weight training, you're burning calories which will help burn fat. You're also building up muscle mass which will make you stronger AND burn more calories all the time.
i think you can, i'm on a navy training programme at the moment, and i have to run a lot each week, and every other day do strength training, so yeah you can, good luck!
i'm trying to, they say you should, so that's what i've done

Yes but it's hard you need to know your TDEE and for some people it's impossible bc of their genetics. Its work great with steroids 😀I don't advice u to do it if u don't have long experience
Total Daily Energy Expenditure
I've already found out how many calories I should consume to loose weight. For as long as I remember I've always been overweight and strong as well. So, I don't want to be skinny, I aim for an athletic body, in a normal weight with some muscle definition, nothing too extreme. Though, should I reach my goal weight and then start working out my muscles, or can I do both at the same time?
The same time but you need to start step by step if you're new in weight lifting also stay away from heavey weights and avoid free weights in the beginnings until you know the technique to avoid any injury then use free weights. Cardio +weight lifting +strict diet = success diet is the key no matter how hard you train. Good luck
If you're new start low volume workout like 9 sets for big muscles and 6 sets for small muscles choose the weight that you can do 15 or 18 reps as max but do 10 or 12 reps don't reach failure point bc I think you're new in this later try full body workout or mid to high volume wokout... I highly suggest you to find a coach to guide you or train with someone who have experience
No it is a good idea to lift weights now. You don't want a chunk of the weight you are losing to be muscle loss. Make sure you are getting your protein and weight train.
Yes, I do it!! It's all about what you have in your fridge at home and working hard :)
No as far as I know you need to loose first than tone it up!
