Do you guys knows some health snacks for Model's diet?

I'll to start modeling ( maybe ) and don't want to get out of my shape , so guys please can you teach me how to make some health snacks and if you can send a pic to i know how it looks like when it's done i'll be so thankful

a lot of the victoria secret models say they like to snack on sushi - I think they are lying though - I ate sushi every day for 1 year and I gained 20 pounds!!! I know monks in china eat tofu because its the cheapest vegetarian protein out there that is still healthy but the problem is there are different types of tofu and some have more protein then others. To maximize protein I would edamame. They are also direct cheap. you can get 2 meals worth for $1.80 at most grocery stores. Also thin people eat lots of tomato because its quenches your thirst better than water and quenching thirst is important for burning fat.
