Standing curls or preacher (strict form)? Form is everything. I see tons of people in the gym using a whole lot of body English and very little biceps to hoist up weights they have no business curling.
Standing curls, I can get 70s for 6. Preachers, I usually stick to 50s or 55s for 6-8 reps.

Before I stopped lifting I was up to 70lbs. And that's not really that much TBH. I was dead lifting close to 300 lbs
I go to the gym and use this one machine that is kind of like that... I put it at 50 so that is 25 each arm although there might be leverage because it's a machine and not free weights. But you're not alone, girl! This is why even in the olden days we made the men get the fire wood! Haha
Like 15 lbs lol, I'm weak af but I'm gradually raising that number to 20.

I'm on 40lb dumbells doing 10, 8 ,6, 6, 4 atm. Depending on what I ate and I suppose how I feel, sometimes I can or cannot do it.
i typically declines at 65/75 (10 the 1st set, 9 the 2nd, 8 the 3rd, etc)
I have a couple of 40lb dumbbells - 3 x sets of 12 on arm day...
I can only do 3 sets of 5 repititions with 35lbs on each arm.
Quiet a few tons depending on the type of crane operated and where the controls are situated. :D
5 reps of 45lbs and 1 rep of 50lbs
I've been lifting regularly for maybe 1 1/2 years regularly nowLast I tried I got a couple of reps at 40lbs
30's but I normally stick to 22.5's
40lbs and it's only gonna get higher 🙂💪🏾

Actually 25lbs on each arm is pretty good.
