How much weight can you curl with each arm?

I tried curling dumbbells the other day (25lbs each arm) and i thought it pretty hard (yea lol i know i'm wimpy) but i was just wondering what most people can do?

Standing curls or preacher (strict form)? Form is everything. I see tons of people in the gym using a whole lot of body English and very little biceps to hoist up weights they have no business curling.

Standing curls, I can get 70s for 6. Preachers, I usually stick to 50s or 55s for 6-8 reps.

Before I stopped lifting I was up to 70lbs. And that's not really that much TBH. I was dead lifting close to 300 lbs

I go to the gym and use this one machine that is kind of like that... I put it at 50 so that is 25 each arm although there might be leverage because it's a machine and not free weights. But you're not alone, girl! This is why even in the olden days we made the men get the fire wood! Haha

I'm on 40lb dumbells doing 10, 8 ,6, 6, 4 atm. Depending on what I ate and I suppose how I feel, sometimes I can or cannot do it.

i typically declines at 65/75 (10 the 1st set, 9 the 2nd, 8 the 3rd, etc)

I've been lifting regularly for maybe 1 1/2 years regularly now
