At your age especially, I wouldn't set a certain weight goal per say.
You're growing and changing a lot right now, and gaining a little weight is normal.
Just get a healthier lifestyle and your body will be what it should :)
Eat your veggies, drink a lot of water, cut out sodas , energy drinks, etc.
Eat carbs, yea. Just good ones, like whole grains.
And stay active , workout.
If you love your body, it'll love you back.
And yes you'll loose weight, healthily. :)

I think that at that age, it really comes down to what you eat, and if you want to do some cardio you need to actually do it. By actually doing it I mean, you have to have heart rate peaked (160-180 bpm) and get a good sweat going so that you are actually burning calories and fat.
Lose 1/2 lb. Repeat.
How tall are you? Are you still growing height wise?
Can you tell us about your normal diet over the day? Can you tell us how much you can change it, how much is under your control?
What's your activity level like?
