Lately (past few days) i get nauseous after i only exercise for like 7-10 mins. Before (week or so ago) i could push myself for an hour or more. But now it's a few mins and I'm nauseous plus my hip starts to pain, i don't eat or drink before i exercise and i don't immediately go to the extreme stuff. This really sucks coz i want to exercise again and i don't know how to push myself or get over the nausea/pain. PLEASE help me also my legs are very stiff so it's hard to move them, tips for that? Thanks
You could be getting sick. Just take a week off and go back. Sometimes your body just needs a good rest from exercise. Excise can be an addiction. If you can't stop for a week and not feel horrible, than you do have issues with it. Just relax and take a break. Pain and soreness is normal. You could have even over worked some things and those muscles are pulled. They will always heal, just need to give it time.

Do you drink a lot of water during the day?
If not, exercising will only dehydrate you even more and that can cause nausea

Pain is a signal to stop. You might be overdoing it. Cramps I thought were from dehydration
