First, don't pay attention to BMI, it's complete bullshit, as long as it's not fat weight you are good. Obviously BMI is more important to girls because they want to be skinny and not have a ton of muscle, but muscle is good. The easiest way to lose fat and getting into good shape at the same time is to do HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training) this is when you work out util you are almost out of breath, take a short rest and do it again. For example you may do, 20 jump squats, 20 burpees, 20 mountain climbers, and 20 triceps dips. Do all of these without stopping, rest for about 30-45 seconds between sets and do 3-6 sets depending on your fitness level. There are tons of quick HIIT workouts online if you want to try some other ones. Also dieting is important for losing weight as well. Cut back on simple sugars such as soft drinks, candy, white bread, chips, white rice. Try to stick to whole grain carbohydrates such as brown rice, wheat bread, fruits and quinoa. Firstly, you should not be crying over this! I think you are a reasonable weight as you are.
Do some research on a healthy way of eating. Don't try fad diets, and don't lose it fast! Neither of these works long term. I've been there!!
Three pound a week is plenty. If it's only two, it doesn't matter. At 14, there's no busting hurry. Cut out fresh fruit juice, which is full of fruit sugar. Use low fat products like lighter-than-light mayo. Up your walking if you can. Gradually speed it up.
well at 132lbs for your height (I'm the same height and certainly more than that) is very acceptable. don't fall into the pit of shame and self deprivation. BMI is now proving to be crap and not a truly valuable tool for dictating health because of the differentiations in height/weight because many people who show obese vs height have much more VERY HEALTHY muscle mass. it's showing that the ratings are invalid. so I'd listen to your mom and take it for granted that you're in AMAZING shape! you are perfectly healthy for your size and weight. don't put that in jeopardy.
Well you are 14 so you should be focus on this weight thing. Word of advice from the older... Focus on school! That more important than anything really! Make good friends and forget about how you look. You sey your own standard by the way you treat yourself.
