Weight issues help please?

okay so im 14 and lately I have been hating my body. I know people may say not to worry about weight or anything at my age but I'm not happy with my self. I'm not over weight or anything. I'm bigger than a few of my friends but I'm not huge. I'm about 5 ft 3mand weigh about 58/59 kg. in school we had to weigh ourselves and the scales said I was 53 kg so I'm not too sure. I have tried to exercis more but I'm not too sure what to do. I really just want to tone up more and maybe loose a bit of weight. My diet would be quite healthy because my mam would make most meals homemade with lots of veg and fruit. I also drink a lot of water (at least 2l if not more) I'm not really good at any sport so I don't do any. I'm thinking of joining my school Gaelic team (Irish sport) but I'm afraid everyone's better than me. I just need some tips for exercise and how to loose weight and tone up. My mam is always saying that I have a lovely figure and a flat stomach but I don't at all. I'm not just saying that because I'm self conscious but I genuinely do have a lot of excess fat. Any help?
