I am having 'weight' issue. I am around 57.5 kg. My BMI is normal not overweight, but the problem here is my weight is mostly due to fats. :/ I wanna become like 46 kg. But I hate the idea of eating nth at all diet. Anyone with good idea or experience with losing weight effectively and quickly? Seriously need your tips!!! Thx.
Eat better and move more. If you want to lose weight, you can eat less and move more. To maintain, eat better and move more.
By better, I mean lots of green leafies and lean protein, with a few fruits and enough fat to keep you sane.
By move more I mean do stuff all the time. Never be sitting down when you can be on your feet moving.

So you have an ideal weight but don't like it because it's mostly fat rather than muscle? If so, start exercising and eat protein.
