Got a little work out plan made for myself, what's the best way to warm up for butt exercises? Squats, lunges etc.
Body weight squats, leg swings, jump tucks, basically any exercise you're going to do will warm up your body. Don't stretch, the best way to get lose is to move I. e. Squats, jumps. Stretch at the end of your workout

All I do to warm up when lifting is do the exercises with an empty bar or a very light weight for a couple of sets of 10.
