I have small tonsil stones and they are getting very annoying. Sometimes I can't even find them. I can only feel it and I am afraid of talking to people because I don't want to smell bad.
I've been suffering from these for the past few months, and even brought it up with my doctor, but apparently the only thing guaranteed to get rid of them is removal of the tonsils, which no ENT is going to do for anything that isn't truly serious (halitosis isn't, apparently). I have heard that cutting out dairy can help, but I've also found that taking allergy medications regularly, brushing my tongue, and gargling with mouth wash helps a bit. I also sometimes pick them out with a moistened q-tip or straightened out bobby pin, if I can find them. I usually sneeze them out.
