Tips:
1. Eat enough protein
2. Eat enough vegetables (fiber and micronutrients)
3. Get enough essential oils (EPA, DHA, GLA, STA, etc.)
4. Eat starches (potatoes, rice, etc.) with proteins and veggies together.
5. Avoid processed food that comes in a box.
6. Avoid obvious junk food.
7. Do some weight training at least 2 times per week.
8. Get a trainer if you don't know what you are doing in the gym.
9. Go for a brisk walk 30-40 min daily if you can. Try rugged terrain or uphill walking.
10. Do some NEPA (Non-exercise physical activity) as often as you can. Such as cleaning your house, gargening, playing physical games, carrying stuff like groceries, stairs instead of elevators, etc.
