I just don't know how to relax anymore, and after suffering from serious anxiety in the past, I don't want it to come back full swing again.
I just need a few options of how to relax and not be so stressed and tense all the time? Xxx
Do something that relaxes you. I've heard girls say that these things called bath bombs really helps them relax. Some alternatives could be exercising, which usually works for everybody, or playing video games (that's me lol)
go out with your friends, listen to music, watch movies
Yoga, gym, sports, meditation, nice long hot bubble baths, "me" time where you just pamper yourself. Just do anything you feel relaxed doing.
I tale deep breaths.
Or drink tea
Also do some stretching of your back and neck
And that calms mes down and makes me less stressed
