I'm wanting to lose fat in order to gain definition, what's the best HIIT routine for me? Or is there something better than HIIT?

I've been working out properly for around a month now (I started in September but with only 2x4kg weights, for the past month I've had proper weighted ones and doing 6 days a week) and I've noticed a HUGE change already and I'm wanting to add some fat burning exercises to my routine to increase definition (or just to get rid of fat for the future).

I've found out about HIIT routines but I don't know which one is best for me, which one is best or is there another method that's better than HIIT?
