Do you drink monster energy?

I think it's really good, it's quite refreshing when your thirsty. It's just a shame it's so unhealthy! So I try to only drink it sometimes. Also do energy drinks actually give you energy? Because I've never felt the intended effects of one.

I've had it a few times studying for finals. Sips throughout the day and night. It works better than Red Bull and doesn't have the crash of 5 hour. The taste is tolerable but not anything I'd just grab to enjoy. Energy drinks boost your natural energy producing mechanisms. I prefer caffeine pills now.

I went twenty years without drinking them and then I joined the military. Now I drink them a lot. I enjoy redbulls more, because they aren't as sweet. I mix redbull and orange juice together for in the morning lol 😀

Uh oh, I heard redbull is the one that is REAL bad, many a heart attacks have been had because of them. I don't think I'd drink redbull because the ingredients are even worse, and it's kinda dangerous drinking them everyday. Just the occasional monster energy for me.

I've tried it once when I got one for free... it was okay but I don't drink energy drinks. I can count the ones I've drank in my life on one hand

well I drink orange juice, mild and every now and then cola... so I guess there is room for improvement too, but better than energy drinks. but here in Europe they aren't as bad as in the US because we have e. g. more strict limits for caffeine

I'm in Europe too, but the UK might be catching up with America soon, so now is definitely my time to make some improvements I think. I've decided to start using my gym membership on Thursday. That's a good start. :p

Nope. I think that stuff is gross and taste's awful! Plus it only dehydrates you and doesn't actually provide anything nutritionally.

It won't work (give you that extra kick) when you drink it on a sometime bases.
