I started my weight loss program 2 weeks ago.
It's not really that special; exercize and diet.
I go to the gym 5 times a week for 2 hours, I don't eat any candy or stuff like that, and I only drink water or tea. No sugar anywhere, cheese and stuff like that only low fat. And no snack. 2 pieces of fruit every day. mornings 2 slices of bread, around ten an apple, around 12 2 more slices of bread, at 2 an orange or something, then nothing till dinner. And what you could do is cook for yourself; look up stuff on the internet. Eat lots of veggies. and then when the evening munchies come; eat a bowl of plain yoghurt or drink tea;)
I have a lot more to lose than 5 pounds, but I've lost 3 kilo in 2 weeks. My goal is to lose 30 to 35 kilo. So still a long way to go. But allready I feel fitter and more energetic. And my boyfriend (the blindest guy in the world when it comes to changes) even saw a difference^^

The healthy way? Diet and exercise of course. Eat smaller portions and drink a lot of water, cut off soda unless they're diet (you'll see a change in your stomach size usually a couple of days after doing so). Green tea is also good. Just try to eat healthy. Go to the gym or jog around your block.
