Eat less and more exercise.
Generally, eat 1-2 meals a day and nothing else. If you have breakfast, lunch and dinner then skip dinner. No snacks. Also avoid sugar and sweet stuff
Exercise 15-30m a day. You don't need hours on the treadmill. Just need to fight the most exhautingf exercise you can do in 15m. For example, do 300 squats in 5min. It won't make tyoiu the strongest beast but it will help burn energy more than the treadmill.

That's not sarcasm or anything, either. I promise it works.
Low carb diets work, you'll be hungry for the first couple days but they work magic, combined with fasted cardio every moring
you can't really target fat loss to a specific part... just toning and eating fewer calories than you burn are the basics

Eat lots of veggies. Stick to fruits that aren't really high in sugar. Cut down on the junk food. And get some light exercise. Whatever your tummy will look like after that is whatever it should look like.
Don't eat less but wiser, stop drinking soda completely :o
