Boneless Chicken wings or regular chicken wings?

Boneless "wings" aren't wings at all - they are either white meat (breast meat) or are processed left-overs (like McNuggets), and in all cases, they are breaded, and if they are breast meat, that usually means they're going to be very dry too, because they're almost always frozen. That's just nasty.

Good wings are real chicken wings (dark meat) which are fresh (not frozen, deep-fried, and then put right into the (buffalo) sauce. Dark meat is juicier and works better with deep-frying, especially when they are smaller pieces, because they don't get dried out as easily.

Since im cutting, boneless chicken breasts baked in the oven for 50 minutes,, then seared with olive oil. Do not cook the olive oil though.
