I have severe stomach cramps?

Every fifteen minutes or so I get horrible cramps that only stop when I poop. I've already gone three times and it's starting up again now as I'm typing. this is happening every day now and I don't know what's wrong! What's causing this? It's ruining my life.

Sounds like you have viral gastroenteritis. Let your stomach settle, so avoid eating for a couple of hours. Avoid dairy, caffeinated, fatty-type foods, ETOH, and NSAIDs (if you really need to take some do it cautiously... NSAIDs may do more harm than help). Sip don't chug fluids... non-caffeinated sports drink, H2O, broths, etc. Munch easy-to-digest foods like soda crackers, rice, bananas. Plenty of rest.
Seek professional medical attention if this shit (no pun intended) persists.

One way to alleviate cramps is applying a hot (tolerant to you) towel over your navel area. Elevate your legs when your laying down.

You probably have a mild case of food poisoning. It should pass in a day.
One way to hasten the process is to eat a lot of lettuce or greens and push it all out.

If you are having a fever as well, or if you're puking, then the case is pretty bad and it could last around 2 days.

Drink lots of water!!! Pooping a lot could dehydrate you. Is your pain on the right side? Could be gallstones. Do you get a fever or chills? Are you gassy?

Did you eat a lot of gluten or maybe drank a lot of milk?

Could be a stomach bug.
