What's the most weight you could pick up off the ground? What about carry around?

I can pick up, off the ground, 135 lbs. I'm not able to carry around that much, but I think I can carry around about 100 lbs.

I dont know any guy who actually does like it. The guys I know like to have something to grab. The difference is only about how much to grab. The running joke towards me is that a handful is at least DD because I have big hands.
