In my teens, I had them several times a week. It turned out I had back problems and needed chiropractic. Now I get them a few times a month at most (not counting hangovers, which I don't get much either since I have seriously cut down)

Best cure for a headache is to sleep! Drink a glass of water, take a Tylenol, and sleep. That's why, if you wake up with one, you know you're screwed.

When I'm angry.

When I cry myself to sleep.

When I'm dehydrated.

-Taken care of the first three. Now I just gotta drink more.

Not often, I do my best to stay hydrated, get enough sleep, eat often enough, and eat healthful food most of the time.

Those above are the most common causes of headaches.
