Why did you work out for 4 hours in the first place? That's just overkill and beyond a certain point you're not even benefitting the body anymore. Just causing harm. Why not learn how to be more efficient with your workouts are but odds are unless you're a professional athlete there's nothing you're doing now that can't be done in less than 45 minutes of you're doing it right and with less risk for injury.

Definitely take time off. You need to give your muscles a chance to repair and recover. Working out stresses them and this is why taking a break from the gym whenever you need it is a good thing. Listen to your body💪
4 hours of exercise is excessive... even 1-2 hours. It's actually been proven that working out for huge lengths of time isn't as beneficial as people once believed. Shorter, more intensive sessions are far better for you. But to answer your question, yes you should take time off to recover and don't exercise for 4 hours again. That can't be good for you. Unless you are a professional athlete.

Sore is good. Sore means that your muscles are recovering. You can take a few days off to recover. You've earned it.
xD same. Yes take time off. You don't want to over-train and get injured.
If I worked out 4 hours I'd be bed ridden!
