Well i recently read in a sciencemagazine that adjusting your sleeping cycle actually cost training. It takes a while before it changes. So if you want to sleep in more, try to stay in bed and don't make yourself mentally active. The article said that you wake up because your body gets a mental sign that it needs to do stuff.

I started working out and eating better earlier this year and I've noticed that I get tired and fall asleep quickly, and I'm less sluggish throughout the day. I've also heard you should avoid any electronic screens like your phone for about an hour before you want to go to bed.

• Maybe get an app that plays peaceful sounds (rain, waterfall, birds chirping, ocean, etc...)
• make your room smell nice with lavender or some other smell you like
• try to stay away from electronics or tv screens before bed
