How can I sleep longer?

i can never seem to get more than five or six hours of sleep each night, even if I don't get to bed until 2 or 3 in the morning. This happens even if I feel sleepy and tired before midnight. This doesn't happen all that often, but even so, I'd like to be able to sleep longer without having to go to bed SUPER early (I do need to go to bed earlier though). What are some things I can do to sleep an extra hour or so? I'd rather not use any sleep aids or pills or anything like that.
