I'm an insomniac with chronic fatigue. So I often tired because I can't sleep even with sleeping tablets. But then even if I sleep a lot I'm still tired. I don't really remember not being tired as I've been like this since my teens. I'm either tired or exhausted. I also agree about sleeping too much. Sometimes I can sleep 12 hrs and just feel groggy. I wish I could sleep 8/9 hrs every night. But sometimes I sleep 4 sometimes 12.

It's the bed. I'm 100% certain it's the bed. I used to like sleeping for 10 hours too but one day I changed to a super awesome bed that I really really liked. I only need about 6-7 hours of sleep to function and I can go at around 5hr of sleep if I have to.
You're still growing and your mind is still developing. Teenagers need more sleep than adults. I need between 7 and 8 to funtion properly.

No matter how much I sleep I feel the same.
I'm a big 'ol fat guy so I can't sleep well for crap.
I just kind of plunge through the day with what rest I can get.I'm one of those 6-7 people, even though just waking up is a pain xD

But when I sleep earlier I'm feeling a bit betterSleep is very important in my life. I aim to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep every night. Anything less than 7 hours and I'm pretty much a mindless zombie throughout the day.
If I don't get my 8 hrs you best stay clear of me that day.
I have to get 8.5-9 hours; uninterrupted.
Makes me feel amazing, anything less has bad results. [Irritatability, fatigue, sugar cravings, etc].Sleep is important to me, that's why I should probably go to sleep now
