Girls, does body wrap really works?

so girls im really onto this 'body wrap' thing cause i've seen some photos of before and after and i think they have perfect results but i wanted to make sure before doing it.
so if anyone here tried can u tell me if it was succssessful or not? thank you , it means a lot :)

Usually body wraps are just short term solutions, like they will help you sweat out your water weight or something like that, but once you eat more salt and drink more water it comes back. I think body wraps are usually used for big events like a wedding where you just want that extra push to be a bit more firm for that one day.
