I'm a little concerned about the behavior of my girlfriend... is this a quirk, or something more serious like OCD? Here is what she does:
If it's under 70F, she puts on leggings and a long sleeve top under her clothes before she goes out. If it's 71, then she doesn't... like the exact degree...
If there is a 50% chance of rain, she wears a rain coat, buttons it up all the way, precisely puts on scarf so no rain gets in, wears rain boots and gloves. If it's 49% she doesn't.
I have more examples, but you get the picture... It's like exact numbers... is that ocd?
