stomach infection, nothing to worry about as long as your bowel has normal color and not near black, anyway visiting the doctor is the best option, as soon as you go you'll get rid of it in three days, and cut all sweet and greasy food for one week and you'll be fine, but most important is to visit the doctor so he describe the right antibiotics for your age and body size and condition, sitting home and stressing make it worse and affects thee stomach more !
You might have had food poisoning. What have you last eaten before it got this bad? Drink some water and get some rest. That usually does the trick for me.
I would definitely go see a doctor as soon as you can; and also drink plenty of fluids so you don't grow up. If you are taking meds eat something like bread or crackers with it. It will coat your stomach and will absorb some of the acid in your stomach. For nausea I would drink baking soda water; about a cup of water win a tablespoon of baking soda. This will absorb the acid and make you burp instead of produce bile. I hope you feel better soon.
Sounds like the flu (most likely) or a very bad period (some women do get them that badly). Question: Are you on the pill? That can help with period pains.

Your not dying, probably most likely stomach flu or normal flu, I've had it, stomach flu it sucks and feels a lot like what your having, most important thing is to stay hydrated eat ice and or drink water.
It sounds like you have the flu virus. Sorry hun. :(
Are you possibly pregnant? My advice is get to a doctor. Always better to be safe than sorry.
