Would you be grossed out of your significant other had lice?

I just found two lice on my head but I have already started to treat myself to get rid of them. But I have to tell my friends and boyfriend that I have lice so that they can check themselves and make sure it doesn't spread. I'm embarrassed to tell them because they may be weirded out to be near me. I know lice aren't brought on because of bad hygiene but still.
What would you think if your close friend or significant other had lice?

It would be a little gross... but they don't just magically appear on dirty people of shit like that. They are passed, person to person, which means someone gave them to you. It is hardly your fault they exist. So it's not something I would be like "Oh God, I can't be with this person any more!" over.

I mean, I do think lice is gross but it wouldn't turn me off from my significant other. As you said, lice isn't simply a result of bad hygiene. A person can get them just from being around someone else who has it and it can be treated.

I wouldn't be grossed out, though I'd stay away from his place for a while so I dont get it, and make sure that he washes and cleans everything he needs to the way he's supposed to before coming back lol

No, but, then again, I'm black and so I most likely would never get lice. But if my partner had it, no, I would not be grossed out. I just would run my fingers through his hair for a while lol

I would definitely check it out myself if they told me, and make sure we didn't go near each others head, pillows etc. Till it's treated. Remember to wash everything in hot water.

Not in the slightest. I'd help them get rid of it I know some very quick, easy, and effective ways to get rid of them. I'd only dump her if she was purposly putting it on her head lmfao

Nah, it's not a big deal. I wouldn't be bothered. The stuff is easy to treat and if you treat them before they multiple then you're all good.

I had it a few times after coming back from a summer camp. No problem to tell it and wash with those special shampoos.

I would wear my hair up and sprayed, if I was your friend. But definitely wouldn't be grossed out. Getting lice is normal, like you said it's not because of bad hygiene. In like a week, they'll forget you even had lice
