It is inter-dedependent upon many things. How much do you work out, if any during the course of a normal day? What is your current diet? What is your current health status (how tall, weight )? If you are 180 POUNDS I'd be curious to know how tall you are. Bottom line: Any answer at this point in the juncture would be the wrong answer.

If you're an active person you want.5 to 1 gram of portion per lbs of body weight. So you want anywhere from 90 grams to 180, being that you're a girl and your probably not trying to gain a ton of muscle mass, I'd shoot more towards 90 grams.
