Actually i was in your condition and i know your felling.
Everything seem not right and you bother yourself for little things.
I could feel better with exercising , and listening to music and think of good things before bed.
When you feel down , almost every thing sucks and you feel more upset.
throw away being pessimist and always know that life's good.
Also you may like meditating if you are in such things :
-: I recommend 5 mins meditating in shower or everywhere that is quiet.
-: you may like listening to a nice music when you meditate. like classic music
that worked for me.
-: breath deeply almost every 4-5 seconds.
-: think about where you wanna be at that moment. it can be anywhere. but someplace nice and relaxing.
-: don't think about what is going to happen and teach yourself to live at the moment.

Your heart issues will come from stressing about everything. Speak to a doctor about it and get medication. Try to look at things more positively and don't over think small things that are bad and turn them in to major problems that they are not. If your close to your boyfriend and its a good relationship then make sure u can call him on an evening and talk to him make plans for the future and always have something to look forward to. Improving the way you think about life will improve life. You have to love it and appreciate it before it will be good to you.

I can relate to having an overprotective parent because my mom is the exact same way. You are only 19 you don't have anything to be stressed about. Don't try to put so much weight on your shoulders. You could probably have anxiety I would say talk to someone. As for not having many friends I would say join a club once you start at University, or maybe a sorority they are great for making friends. Pick up a new hobby, anything that you have been wanting to try.

College isn't all fun n games like people think. It has been a long and hard journey as an engineering student. This is what you have to go through to be successful in todays work force though. Don't limit your options and earning potential by dropping out. If you give up on this you will give up on everything that gets hard for the rest of your life. See your doctor and maybe they can ease the anxiety with some occasional xanax or something.
Those symptoms are due to anxiety, when you panic and lose it. If you get away on univercity you 'll have more freedom, but find one you like.
Do sport or a martial art to ventilate your stress. If you don't want to join a gym or a club, you can still go running, biking or swimming.
