Best possible way to lose belly fat?

Ok. I'm sick and tired of seeing the thousands of advertisements saying that you can lose belly fat this way (or that way, or that way, or that way, or...). What is the best way or combination of ways to lose it? I already workout an hour and a half everyday. It doesn't go away. I have a small amount of belly fat, but I want it gone for the eight pack 😅😂. Anyone? Ideas? I really appreciate this. Thanks 😜
