Well muscle loss would occur first so weakness and a tendency to get tired quickly when physically exherting ones self would occur. Slowing of nail growth would likely occur as well as brittleness of the nails (when the body is starved it naturally reduces energy consumption by neglecting non essential "systems" so to speak like nail growth) as well as an increase in body hair to increase insulation due to the loss of muslce which normally insulates the body as well as hair thinning and becoming brittle (as like the nails resources are scarce so it puts fewer resources into maintaining the hair). Injuries tend to take longer to heal since they have reduced resources to repair damage, low blood pressure or in sever cases heart palpitations (irregular heart beat or "fluttering") joint swelling and increased probability of bone fractures do to osteoporosis, constipation or bloating (due to not enough fiber or food ingeneral) kidney stones, in women it can even result in them having their periods stopped, yellowing of the skin, drying of the skin easily bruised. Due to both the nature of the condition and the effects of starvation their would be an obsseession with the their weight and thus an obsession with dieting even when they clearly don't need it as well as them not thinking clearly due to the lack of food (this can also cause a preoccupation with food despite them not eating it) and low sex drive. If they are also purging like bulemia you will see similar symptoms but in addision they will have erosion to their tooth enamel from the constant exposure to stomach acid as well as sores in the mouth damage to the esophogus (sore throats to bloody vomit from ruptures and ulceration of the esophogus), facial swelling (due to damage to the saliva glands) red eyes (if vomiting is their usual method of purging, if they use laxatives it will be hemmoroids) in both cases their will also be depression.

At least being anorexic is better then being obese.
Losing omega 3 fat in brain may cause weakened and slowed memory.
