I eat extremely clean - veggies, fruits, and try to get enough protein on a daily basis. Today I had a green juice with spinach, kale, strawberries, a banana, and chia seeds; half a cup of green yogurt; 10-15 almonds and pecans; a vine tomato with onion; I sauteed about a cup of broccoli and asaragus for lunch; and I drank a cup of coffee this morning with three bottles of water. I just went out to dinner with my mom and her friend to Outback and got the Sesame Salad which is under 600 calories. I know this probably sounds awful, but will I gain any weight from the salad? It was pretty big, and although I didn't eat it all, I ate A LOT of it. I took about an hour walk this morning and I'm just wondering if I should take another, or is it not a big deal? I know that lettuce can bloat and I haven't eaten that much in a while - And yes, this is a serious question. Thank you.
I miss a good breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What do you take as proteins. I don't see a lot here. You almost don't get any calories. This means you will burn fat, but also muscle if you don't have enough carbs or fat to give energy. Depending on your weight and workout intensity, you may need more calories than you take now.

Nope u won't gain weight from the salad, u probably barely ate 1400 calories the whole day including the salad!
You will not gain any weight from the salad. Lol. Especially after the one hour walk :)
