-protein bread with cheese or cold cuts, or
-whole wheat bread with cheese or cold cuts, or
-meal replacement shake with chia seeds and coffee
Throughout the a. m hours:
Fruit smoothie (I change the combinations everyday, but I ask the seller to only mix the fruits with water and ice cubes. No sugar or yogurt)
Lunch:
-protein bread or whole wheat bread sandwich again, or
-sausages
Afternoon:
-fruit smoothie again
-(if I feel hungry) nuts
Dinner:
-some Kind of meat (not necessarily fat-free) and salad with balsamic dressing.
I've done the keto diet before, but it's now hard for me to do it because all the food at work is carb rich. And no time to Cook. So basically what I'm trying to do is eat less carbs. I drink lots of fruit smoothie to get the fibers.
