Help a lazy woman lose weight?

I'm 5'10, 190 lbs. And want to lose as much weight as possible by December.

I must admit I don't have a lot of time to exercise between work and school everyday, also the time that I could use to exercise I decide to hang out with friends or catch up on sleep. (I will admit to hating exercise! Yes lazy, I know!)

I recently moved back in with my mom, because my school schedule is crazy and I'm working but all my money is going to car payment, gas, insurance, phone bill and school loans. Therefore I don't have money to spend on my own grocery list so I eat whatever my mom cooks. Then I take the left overs for lunch, and usually don't have time in the mornings for breakfast (if I do it's a small fiber bar, or spring cheese)...

I'm order for me to lose as much weight as possible by dec, with my limited money, and lazy attitude what small tricks or tips can I do to stay healthy and lose weight...

I am going to try to wake up in the mornings earlier to at least take a walk or do some yoga, but what other things can I do eating wise, vitamin wise, small and easy exercises? Anything will help!
