Any idea on how to fix a pinched nerve?

I think this happened over 2 months ago or more. On my right foot, with the toe next to my pinky toe. The skin on the top part is some what numb like when you have a random body part to fall asleep. Then I try to point it and turn my foot in I get a sharp pain that I feel in that toe. I rather avoid seeing a doctor and wasting money there and want to see if I can some how fix this myself. I'm not even sure how I hurt it to begin with.

If you're not sure how you hurt it, take into account it could be an inflammation.
If that's the case you'll need a doctor since you'll need antibiotics.
But what I would try is to put ice where it hurts, once every few hours. And see what happens.
But I'm afraid that your hope to solve it without a doctor has less than a 50% success rate :o

Does it feel warm? That too can indicate there's an inflammation.
Any evolution apart from that? I'd say give it a few more days maximum but than, if it's not better, I'd go see a doctor. You don't want to have a permanent injury so... :o

Nope I've had the same pair of shoes for over a year.

I think what damaged my foot is the face that I tend to drop things on my feet constantly. XD

I'm a little clumsy and a little absent minded... I could go to the bakery by bicycle and return by foot - not realizing I forgot something :-(

This sharp pain might be like the pins and needles feeling you'd have in your arm if it felt like fallen asleep. So I'd say massage it until there's more blood running through it.

You have to grasp the toe in the front pulled straight ahead and bend down. When I say bend down I mean bend the toe down. It will hurt

Give it a days rest see how it feels if it is the same try the maneuver again. It's very difficult to splint such a small toe after you correctly realign the bones. I don't know if you correctly realign the bones. You feel that you did it correctly you'll have to tape it in place for at least three or four days.

Absolutely not. Ice will suffice. If there is any inflammation any and all he will only exaggerated
