How to motivate self to exercise?

Anonymous
I walk everywhere.

Not because I want to, because I have to.

But I live pretty close to everywhere i might need to go, so it's not like I get much exercise from walking everywhere, since everything is so damn close.

My mum lives an hour walk away, so that'd be decent exercise but everytime I plan to go to her place it starts to rain and I'm forced to pay a whole two bucks to catch the damn train or face getting sick..

I walk to school, but I've finished that now, the only reason I go to school now is for exams. I'm addicted to my laptop because I over used it to run away from my own head, so I'm always hesitant to get off my arse and leave it.

It's not like I'm at an unhealthy weight, but even though people around me say I need to eat more, my doctor is warning me not to put anymore weight on because if I do I'll be in an unhealthy range, even though for most people my height (5'2") the average healthy weight is heavier than what mine should be. Which is weird, but I guess since I've always been lighter than most it makes sense?

What I want to do is get fitter, my fitness level is complete shit, so I want to start doing exercises that are unavoidable. I won't do squats, or high energy activites, the squats because that's fucking ridiculous and is so out of my way to do, even for a minute. And high energy activities because I over heat really quickly, and my throat gets dry to the point of pain.

What I'm after are exercises I can do, that aren't mindless (like squats) I've already considered bike riding, but the bike my grandparents own only causes bruises in my thighs because it's too big for me, I own two bikes but one I can't get back because entitled adults that are dicks, and the other is a decrepit bike that I bought for fifteen bucks and am planning on fixing up but do not have the money to do so.

(You can blame my glasses and other health issues for that, stupid expensive as hell specialist)

any suggestions?
